Autumn 1

Welcome back to Northleigh.

We have a really exciting start to Year 4 with this half term! We're looking forward to welcome the children back.

KEY LEARNING:

  • This half term we are learning about Ancient Egyptians and we will be going to the Pitt Rivers Museum in October to enhance our learning.
  • KIRFs for this half term are number bonds to 100 and being able to count in 25s and 1000s.
  • The children will be learning to play the ukulele - Mrs V (a visitor teaching the children to play) recommends https://www.ukulelerocks.co.uk/ which is free and requires no login to support the children.

I look forward to meeting you all at Parent Conferences at the end of October. If there are any issues, please do get in touch (by emailing the office, speaking to SLT in the mornings or speaking to me at the end of the day).

-Miss Armstrong.
